Indications and Usage

Help in regeneration of cartilage and collagen-containing tissues.

Dosage & Administration

Add 1 sachet to approximately 200ml of cool or warm beverage (milk, juice, water) of your choice. Stir until powder completely dissolves. Consume once daily before or after meal.
